Services

One to one counselling offers the space to talk about the difficulties you are experiencing and to work with you to find a way through them.

There are many reasons why people come to counselling and psychotherapy. You may have a particular issue which is causing you distress, or you may feel stuck, unable to make changes. Whatever brings you to counselling, I aim to provide a safe, caring and confidential setting where you can explore what is relevant for you, at your own pace and for the number of sessions you need.
